I joined Al Serra in 2016, but my career in the automotive industry began four years prior. Customers continue returning to me for service because of my easygoing attitude and excellent listening skills. I take the time to listen to every customer's concern and provide the best answer and outstanding service. I love getting to know people and seeing how I can help solve the issues they may be having. I grew up in Winston-Salem, NC. I love to spend time with my family and friends, especially my wonderful husband. Running and being outdoors are some of my favorite hobbies. I'm also a true Duke fan.
