I grew up in Oxford, Michigan, and I am very passionate about our beautiful state. I'm from an automotive family, like most people around here, and have always been infatuated with automobiles. I'm happy to be where I am, and I thoroughly enjoy living my life.

Outstanding experience with Alex

He was a great young man to buy a car from he took care to show me things and set up the vehicle details inside the way I wanted it showed me how the bells and whistles worked. He worked around my schedule not his which I was impressed by.

My experience with Alex was great! He was very friendly and personable which made my car buying experience much more pleasurable. Initially, I met Alex a few months ago when I first test drove the vehicle. He kept up with me overtime in a non-pressuring manner. Once I was serious, I reached out to him again and he initiated the sale with me! Alex thoroughly explained the details of the vehicle that I was purchasing as well as the warranties that were available. After the sale was finished, we went out to my new vehicle and he continued to explain the bells/whistles that I was not familiar with. Overall, my car buying experience at Al Serra was wonderful but Alex made it a huge success!! I would not hesitate to use Al Serra again for any future car buying needs and of course, Alex would be my salesperson!! Thank you! 👏🚗
