I’ve said it before, and I will say it again… Josh Coles is an 11 out of 10! I grew up around auto dealerships, worked in service/parts and sales myself for several years. And have experienced many service dept visits, as I have owned over 100 cars. Using dealership service and interacting with their service advisors can sometimes be a poor or expensive experience. But Josh and his team at Honda of Grand Blanc always go above and beyond! He is knowledgeable as are his text and I’ve always had superior care in his hands. I recommend him with everyone I talk to.
