I joined Al Serra in 2023. I love getting to know people and seeing how I can help solve some of the issues that they may be having. I grew up in Athens, GA, and moved to Michigan in 2012. I love spending my free time with my fiance and our dogs and reading and painting when I can!

Maddy was able to answer my questions regarding potential services my vehicle was due for and when and then got the necessary services schedule to be done along with the oil change which I had come in for. I was in and out quickly and knew what the recommendations for future service entailed. She was very pleasant and knowledgeable to work with.
